Subscription and Application Management

KOSKİ facilitates seamless subscription management. You can initiate new subscriptions or terminate existing ones through integration with E-Government services. New subscribers can input their subscription details and pay fees directly via credit card. If unsubscribing, updating meter readings allows refunds, which are processed directly to the users’ bank accounts.
